About This Course

This course is designed to provide a thorough understanding of the knowledge, skills, tools and techniques, of project management. It is based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) developed by the Project Management Institute (PMI).

What You'll Learn

In this course, participants will learn the concept, methodology, tools and templates, as well as the latest development of project management. It is illustrated with cases to assist participants in understanding how they will apply the knowledge to manage their current and future projects.

The topics will include the project management principles, life cycle, and process groups such as initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. The lectures will detail the knowledge areas, including project integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communications, procurement, risks, and stakeholder management.
