(4) identify steps and resources required to pursue the different career pathways and opportunities they have constructed
(5) devise an actionable and justifiable plan for their own career transformation

The workshop guides learners through a systematic approach to build job immunity and career resilience, specifically through the reimagination of career pathways and opportunities that are based on one's unique work and life skills.
