erectors to undergo this training programme before they apply
to MOM to become approved crane erectors.

Entry Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Have a basic knowledge of workplace processes, procedures, activities and practices in tower crane erection and jacking.
• Have a basic knowledge of the Singapore Workplace Safety and Health System.
• Be able to listen, read, speak and write English/Chinese at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System ESS level 4.
• Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to ESS level 4.
• Posses Lifting Supervisor Certificate or equivalent
• Be physically fit, without height phobia and no visual deficiency
