About This Course

The aim of the part-time Diploma in Security, Workplace Safety & Health (DSWSH) programme is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to support the continued growth in the security, workplace safety and health industry in Singapore.

What You'll Learn

The subject enables students to learn the communication skills that are vital for their success at the work place. Students will be taught appropriate skills to conduct themselves effectively in a working environment. Students will be taught to write appropriate emails, memos and letters for inter-office and intra-office communication. Students also will learn the skills of conducting themselves professionally. Additionally, students will be taught different types of business documents such as agenda, notice of meeting and minutes of meeting. Through the above learning experiences, students will develop effective professional communication skills that are essential in their working lives.
