About This Course
The course is targetted at intermediate level presonnels from companies who wish to implement and enhance their productivity drive in the digital workplace. The course will focus on continuous learning and application of productivity methodologies be it digital management or engineering to enhance the participants' skills in collaborations, teamwork, innovations, problem solving and establishing visual systems to enhance connection and communication in the modern workplace.

At the end of this course, participants should be able to:
- Understand the concepts, principles and practices of productivity for the digital workplace;
- Understand use of strategic and operational productivity measures for monitoring and evaluation of productivity performance at the workplace;
- Learn various basic productivity techniques and know how to apply them at the workplace; and
- Understand the key success factors for success management of productivity at the digital workplace.
- Apply productivity measurement techniques to determine the performance of the workplace;
