About This Course
This course is a Human Resource Learning Journey (HRLJ) and it is a collaboration between the Singapore Polytechnic (SP) and the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) aimed to raise national awareness on human capital development particularly among Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). Participants will understand how key solutions providers like SP and IHRP assist SMES on their enterprise transformation. There will also be a hands-on session on basic automation technology to demonstrate the benefits of applying technology to Human Resource (HR) processes.
What You'll Learn
This immersive, engaging and hands-on course aims to equip participants with the skills to understand and analyse their common Human Resource (HR) pain-points through curated success stories and relevant industry insights. Participants will learn to use readily available HR templates and solutions that they can implement in their companies. This can lead to better employee satisfaction, higher productivity, more efficient workflow, and cost savings.
Entry Requirements
Basic English Proficiency, Basic Knowledge in Human Resource or Administration, 1 to 2 years work Experience.
