Communication (Intermediate) (Synchronous and Asynchronous E-learning)
About This Course
As we work in more dynamic environments and with more diverse people, effective communication becomes increasingly challenging as well. This course will enable you to adapt your communication techniques to effectively convey and exchange thoughts, ideas and information depending on your audience and context.

Entry Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be between 18 and 55 years of age
- Have at least 1 year of working experience in a role that involves the usage or oversight of data to be analysed
- Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills (ES) Workforce Skills. Qualification (WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
- Be able to operate a computer or laptop to perform basic data processing tasks
- Learners with WPL Level 4 may be accepted into the course if they have 3 or more years of experience in a supervisory/managerialrole
- At least 1 GCE N Level pass in English
