About This Course
- Describe a personal mindset of unlearning and good work for navigating change.
- Apply strategies to manage creative thinking processes and identify desired outcomes.
- Develop approaches to collect information and identify improvement areas.
- Apply divergent and convergent techniques to facilitate ideas generation with stakeholders.
- Describe innovation drivers and barriers to creativity.
- Demonstrate visualization techniques to communicate ideas to stakeholders and collaborate with them to apply to differentcontexts.
- Design experiments to trial the implementation of ideas, improvements or solutions.
- Design and apply criteria to analyse outcomes of experiments and identify improvements to ideas implementation.
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
Applicants should:
- Be between 18 and 55 years of age
- Have at least 1 year of working experience in a role that involves the usage or oversight of data to be analysed
- Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills (ES) Workforce Skills. Qualification (WSQ) Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 5
- Be able to operate a computer or laptop to perform basic data processing tasks
- Learners with WPL Level 4 may be accepted into the course if they have 3 or more years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role
- At least 1 GCE N Level pass in English
