What You'll Learn

Due to the changes in a customer’s shopping habits, integrating online retail to your offline business and vice versa becomes a necessity. In this course, participants will have good knowledge of Omni-channel marketing. Furthermore, participants will cover the different online and offline factors that impact conversion rate and the importance of delivering omni-channel experiences which can help empower consumer choice. It’s a matter of connecting the dots to see what will drive sales.
