About This Course

1) This course presents the concepts and fundamentals of change management and sustainability. Learners will learn about the importance of change management in organisations’ sustainability transformation roadmap, and change management models that can help corporations grow. Topics in social and environmental sustainability, for example, inclusion, diversity, workplace health and safety, carbon footprint reduction, recycling, clean energy, and green technology are included in this course as well. This course also discusses contemporary topics such as innovation and application of technologies and AI for sustainability. 2) Organisations increasingly require their employees to have relevant knowledge and skills that can help them implement and promote sustainable practices in order to remain competitive and contribute to achieving the targets set. This course aims to provide opportunities for learners to have good understanding of the interconnection between businesses, environment and society as well as possess ability to appreciate and implement sustainable business practices besides their domains of expertise. 3) This course is relevant and demanded by the industry as such demand is reflected through thousands of job vacancies available in the market.
