About This Course
At the end of the 2-day programme, participants would be able to:
1. Define Diversity, Equity, Inclusion (DEI), along with their interrelationships and significance in a variety of contexts.
2. Examine the systemic obstacles that perpetuate injustices in various contexts and comprehend the necessity of confronting these issues in order to achieve justice.
3. Understand and evaluating inclusive leadership, including the cultivation of a culture of respect, candor, and empathy within a team or organization.
4. Increase team cohesion by fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie between teams
5. Recognize the significance of organizational culture in nurturing inclusion and sustaining long-term DEI efforts
6. Implement assessment and feedback mechanisms to evaluate the efficacy of DEI activities and to determine how to use feedback to enhance inclusion initiatives over time.
