Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) for Civil 3D Infrastructure Design
About This Course
Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) for Civil 3D Infrastructure Design equips participants with the essential skills to utilize Civil 3D for advanced infrastructure design. Participants will learn to create and manage points, parcels, and perform surveying tasks crucial for civil engineering projects. You’ll work with surfaces, grading, alignments, and profiles to build accurate models for civil structures while interpreting their adequacy under varying loads.
The course covers essential components such as corridors, pipe networks, and sustainable practices in Civil 3D. Learners will analyze soil properties, validate the layout of concrete and steel structures, and incorporate design for maintainability. Additionally, participants will explore green engineering practices using Civil 3D, ensuring that sustainable methodologies are integrated into their civil infrastructure projects.
What You'll Learn
- Interpret Civil 3D models and drawings for civil structures and evaluate their structural adequacy under varying loads.
- Apply Civil 3D in site surveying and measurement techniques, and analyze soil properties for foundation construction support.
- Validate Civil 3D layout of concrete and steel structures in line with standards, recommending construction methodologies and technologies.
- Identify opportunities for Design for Maintainability in Civil 3D and incorporate sustainable practices in civil structures.
