What You'll Learn
This course is part of the Graduate Certificate in International Arbitration (GCIA) which is a course designed for both lawyers and non-lawyers who wish to be involved in the practice of arbitration as arbitrators. This course aims to equip students with the basic understanding of the law of arbitration to enable them to advise and represent parties in the arbitral process.
