What You'll Learn
In recent times, we have witnessed several high profile corporate and accounting scandals involving fraudulent practices both locally and overseas and the impact they have on how insolvency practitioners perform their role as appointment holders over these companies. This module provides an insight into the types and motivations of fraud and the obligations of an insolvency practitioner when faced with circumstances involving fraud. Participants will be introduced to a series of investigation methodology and the importance of forensic services in uncovering valuable evidence for the insolvency practitioners.
Entry Requirements
Participants should preferably be a degree holder, in any discipline, and have at leaset one year of working experience.
