• Develop a risk management framework to anticipate/transfer/mitigate the risks involved.

What might be acceptable or widely practiced in other industries may not be permissible in health care. As healthcare provision gets increasingly high-tech with the use of wearables, apps, 3D printing, telemedicine, AI/IOT etc, who owns the digital assets and who is responsible for the duty of care?
