About This Course

Theories of Communication
• The three mode of communication and the
three Cs to establish rapport with client
DISC & Coaching different people
• How coach adapt their coaching styles when
coaching different clients
Positive Psychology
• Theory behind the principle of providing
unconditioned positive regard to our coaching
client
Appreciative Inquiry
• Structuring coaching questions with an
appreciative intent that help client focus on their
strength and controllable
Day 2:
Situational Coaching
• How coaches react to different “hot seat”,
unpredicted coaching scenarios
Coaching in Matrix Organization
• Internal coaching culture and how to initiate
such change in a matrix org
Building your coaching career
• Milestone setting and recommendation for
starting a coaching career
Real Play
Day 3:
Individual Observed Coaching
Each participant will:
• Be evaluated for 1 coaching session
• Observe 4 coaching sessions
• Record 1 coaching session
Group Mentor Coaching
