About This Course
Module 2 builds on the essential coaching fundamentals that had been established in Module 1 to provide learners with additional tool kits and practice required to be a credible managerial coach or corporate coach.
At the end of the 3-day module, participants will be able to:
• Acquire techniques to build trusted internal/corporate coaching relationships
• Determine the coaching and mentoring models, as well as strategies required to develop effective individual development plans for coachees
• Evaluate the key success factors in determining the effectiveness of the coaching and mentoring approaches

Potentials for development and success
Day 2:
Adult Learning Theory
• The social psychology behind the preferred
way for an adult to learn
Theories of Adult Development
• Different theoretical paradigms on the
perceptive of fostering adult development
Leading Change
• The change curve and how leader manage
the time/ acceptance of change of the team
members
Cognitive Behavioral Theories
• Latest research from CBT on the insight of
how individual react/ initiative behavioral
change
Day 3:
Individual Observed Coaching
Each participant will:
• Be evaluated for 1 coaching session
• Observe 4 coaching sessions
• Record 1 coaching session
2nd to 3rd Session:
Group Mentor Coaching
