Effective Workplace Communication
About This Course
LO1. Learners will be able to explain organisational communication policies and procedures to relevant parties while establishing and maintaining work-related networks and relationships in accordance with organisational compliance. 
LO2. Learners are able to evaluate different methods for maintaining communication channels to effectively update staff on the latest and relevant work-related information, adhering to organisational and professional communication policies, procedures, and standards, with a comprehensive understanding demonstrated during training. 
LO3. Learners will be able to employ appropriate communication techniques including written communication during workplace interactions and team collaborations among employees with confidence and consistency.
LO4. Learners are able to apply appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication techniques with proficiency and consistency to promote effective communication among employees during team meetings, one-on-one interactions, and group discussions.
LO5. Learners are able to evaluate gaps and barriers in workplace communications with accuracy and critical insight based on established communication standards in real-life scenarios.
LO6. Learners are able to evaluate the effectiveness of channel communications using relevant data and feedback from stakeholders, demonstrating analytical proficiency and accuracy.
What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
The main target audience for ‘Workplace communication’ is those who need to interact with colleagues, customers, or vendors at the workplace. 
Academically, they will be able to:
Speak, Listen, Read, and Write English at WPL Level 4 or equivalent.
As this is an adult education programme, learner’s working experience can be also taken in consideration.
Ideally, they will have:
1 years of working experience in any industry, with 90% of learners belonging to the front-line customer service or sales category with age ranging from 20 to 60 years of age.
There will be a screening process in the event where the learners are unable to meet both of the requirements.
