About This Course
The aim of DBP(SM) is to equip working professionals from various sectors interested to work in sustainability-related job roles or deepening their knowledge in sustainability management, ESG reporting, sustainable finance and sustainable communications and engagement to support the growing demand in the green job functions.
What You'll Learn
a) understand sustainability management concepts and frameworks;
b) use digital tools to analyse sustainability challenges facing organisations and develop strategies to address them;
c) provide practical solutions in financial analysis and reporting for sustainable business practices;
d) communicate effectively through storytelling using visualisation software on sustainability issues and solutions to stakeholders; and
e) integrate digitalisation and sustainability skills to create and innovate sustainable management approaches and solutions.
Entry Requirements
• Minimum of 3 ‘O’ Level passes and 1 year of relevant working experience, OR
• NITEC with GPA ≥ 3.5 OR GPA ≥ 3.0 and 1 year of relevant working experience, OR
• Higher NITEC ≥ 2.0 OR GPA ≥ 1.5 and 1 year of relevant working experience, OR
• NITEC in Services/Technology with GPA ≥ 3.5 and 1 year of relevant working experience OR
• Higher NITEC in Services/Technology ≥ 2.0 and 1 year of relevant working experience, OR
• Relevant WSQ qualification with 1 year of relevant work experience and WSQ Workplace Literacy and Numeracy SOA (Level 6) OR
• Without relevant academic qualifications with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
