What You'll Learn
This is the final module of the SMU-IPAS Graduate Certificate in Insolvency and Restructuring programme. This module will integrate and provide a coherent overview of the various insolvency and restructuring concepts, knowledge and tools taught in Modules 1 to 10. This will be accomplished through a combination of lecture and case study that is drawn from an actual real-life restructuring case where participants will be expected to apply what they have learned in the programme to analyse and recommend different restructuring outcomes. Participants will be exposed to and provided the opportunity to discuss emerging issues and current developments within the Insolvency and Restructuring industry. Finally, there will also be a discussion with senior industry practitioners who will provide guidance on career and development opportunities in the industry.
Entry Requirements
Participants should preferably be a degree holder, in any discipline, and have at least one year of working experience.
