About This Course
The workshop aims to equip legal professionals with the knowledge and skills in Robot Patent Drafting through practical lessons and live application demonstrations.
Throughout the course, you will explore various aspects of patent drafting, including understanding the patent system and drafting patent claims. However, what sets this course apart is the integration of robotic technology. You will have the opportunity to work alongside intelligent robotic assistants that will help guide you through the process.
It will equip participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to understand and address the problems of drafting patents in the patent industry.
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to draft patent applications using one of the patent drafting robots that is available there for them, starting from an invention disclosure. They will learn about the different patent filing strategies and tactics which includes the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PTC) patent applications and national for regional patent applications.
