About This Course
Negotiation Skills Training course is designed to address various needs of the delegates to prepare for the exam. Upon completing this course, delegates will be provided with an exam to evaluate their negotiation decision-making abilities while bargaining on any matter and use of tools and techniques of negotiation.
They would be able to demonstrate using communication to communicate effectively and planning negotiation and the application of Zone of Possible Agreements and Better Alternative to Negotiated Agreements
The need for training increases knowledge, skills and productivity for urban farming. Learners will be able to achieve the following skills to:

At the end of this LO 1, learners will be able to Identify negotiation objectives to plan and prepare alternative and outcome in meeting the organization’s needs to effectively conclude a negotiation within the given time frame
At the end of this LO 2, learners will be able to find common ground where parties compromise and strike a deal through zone of possible agreements during the conflict resolution   by applying persuasive communication
At the end of this LO 3, learners will be able to Assess the relevance and outcome of the negotiation based on the responsibilities for follow-up action to finalise the negotiation
At the end of this LO 4, learners will be able to Apply the appropriate legislation and regulations to finalise negotiation outcome to   monitor and evaluate against organisational objectives

Learners not meeting the pre-requisite in the assumed skills and knowledge would be rejected from the course
