About This Course
In this course, we aim to immerse participants in a discourse about the concept of social entrepreneurship and its relevance in current and future context of Singapore. Participants will also be introduced to seven elements of social entrepreneurship to achieve organisational excellence, a model proposed by Professor Ang Hak Seng (2022). An important part of this module is to introduce participants to the key social issues and social policies in Singapore. The knowledge from this course will provide a good foundation for participants to build on as they proceed with the rest of the social entrepreneurship programme.
