About This Course
Upon completion of this course, learner would be able to:
1) Support customers to solve common cloud technical issues by using cloud technology standard guidelines.
2) Demonstrate various aspects of Cloud Technology by showcasing the range of technical products and service solutions required by the customer.
3) Document customer’s cloud technical requirements complete with the financial expenditures.
4) Shortlist potential Cloud-related products and service solutions to meet customer needs.
5) Communicate effectively the technical aspects, usage, and functions of cloud operations to customers.
6) Support sale of cloud services based on the Service Level Agreement and Cloud Governance.

• Language: Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level 5 (WPLN: Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading, and Numeracy at ESS level 5 or equivalent to Upper Secondary Level of English and Mathematics).
