This course will serve Singapore's small and medium enterprises that are yet to fully leverage digital technologies and drive their organization's digital transformation. Most SMEs either don't have the resources and capabilities to embrace digital transformation strategies or do not have the right talent pool to drive digital transformation at an organizational level. This 20-hour course will help them to upskill their employees and build organizational competency for the digital transformation of their existing business processes.
