LU1: Understanding Workplace Diversity
LO1: Recognise the key elements of employment and workplace legislation related to diversity and their implications on organisational practices and policies
LO2: Apply diversity and inclusion pro-gramme principles to develop action plans that align with organisational policies for an inclusive workplace environment
LO3: Design strategies and tools to align work-place diversity pro-grammes with organisational and legislative policies to promote workplace diversity enhancement
LU2: Engaging Stakeholders for Diversity
LO4: Implement diversity and inclusion practices by empowering stakeholders and ap-praise the practices and impact on organisational objectives in response to current diversity trends
LO5: Evaluate techniques and best practices to secure stake-holder buy-in for the successful implementation of diversity pro-grams
LU3: Implementing Diversity Programs
LO6: Examine and guide the implementation of diversity programmes and ensure clarity in roles and accountabilities of stake-holders for promoting diversity and inclusion
LO7: Design feedback mechanisms for diversity and inclusion pro-grammes to incorporate success indicators to evaluate their effectiveness
LU4: Effectiveness of Diversity Initiatives

What You'll Learn
Entry Requirements
• Relevant WSQ Qualifications/ or at least a Diploma with 1 year of relevant working experience.
• For learners without relevant academic qualifications, they will be required to possess at least 2 years of relevant working experience. 
• Learners who do not meet the entry requirements may be considered for admission to the course based on supporting evidence of competency readiness.
• Be able to listen, read, speak and write English at a proficiency level not lower than the Employability Skills Workforce Skills Qualification Literacy Level 5.
