This course explores every aspect of being a consumer: buying, having and being. It explores how shopping and purchasing possessions and services influence how we feel about and define ourselves.
Psychological processes in consumers: marketing effects on behaviour, cognition, comprehension, learning, perception, motivation, attitudes, values, and decision making; environmental, cultural, and subcultural influences; ethical issues.
