This course is designed for individuals exploring a career transition into the healthcare sector, with a focus on administrative and support roles. Through guided self-reflection, practical tools, and hands-on activities, participants will gain insights into their personal strengths, understand team dynamics, and build the resilience needed to navigate change and transition effectively. The course also introduces generative AI tools to support job search efforts, including resume customization and interview preparation.
This course is part of the 3-month (SCTP) Certificate in Healthcare Administration.

• At least 21 years old
