The Facilitating Career Development (FCD) course, aligned with the curriculum of the internationally recognized National Career Development Association (NCDA), enriches the skills and knowledge of individuals in various career service roles. Tailored for those currently or aspiring to work in career development, the programme equips participants with the expertise to guide clients in making informed career decisions, fostering awareness of personal career goals, and honing competencies in career coaching, mentoring, and facilitation.
Upon finishing the FCD course, participants will be eligible to apply through NCDA, for the Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) credential that is widely acknowledged by global organizations and career associations. This credential validates an individual's proficiency in facilitating career development across diverse settings, such as schools, non-profits, government agencies, and private organisations.
