About This Course
This course is designed for cooking enthusiasts to learn to:
LO1: Identify the different types and characteristics of Indian dessert ingredients and tools 
LO2: Describe knife handling techniques for preparing Indian cold desserts 
LO3: Describe the methods of making a variety of Indian cold desserts 
LO4: Identify the different types of sauces, garnishes, herbs and spices for Indian desserts
LO5: Explain how to troubleshoot common faults in preparing Indian cold desserts
LO6: Describe the proper storage of finished products 
LO7: Demonstrate the reinstatement of workstations
What You'll Learn
• Participants will be able to explore the cultural significance and regional variations of Indian desserts, fostering a deeper appreciation and understanding of their historical context.

Entry Requirements
•	Age: Minimum 21 years old and above
•	Learners must have at least Primary level with ability to understand and write basic English and/or Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) score: Level 3 for Reading, Speaking, Listening, Writing and Numeracy
