About This Course
This course provides an overview of colors, silhouettes and fashion. Silhouettes & fashion encompasses different types of garments, color coordination, fashion details and the latest trends in fashion. It is highly recommended for fashion sales associates, visual merchandisers, display artists, buyers and merchandisers or beginners in fashion retail. The learner will develop knowledge of fashion trends, garment types, silhouettes, styles and color coordination as well as footwear to go with the various ensembles. This creates an excellent platform for the sales associates to provide more professional and well-informed recommendations and services to their customers.
This course is presented in an attractive, easy-to-follow manner and is accompanied by multitude of pictorial presentations of different garment types. Interesting work activities are set at the end of each lesson to ensure that participants will maximize their learning through experiential activities and visual stimulation.

Entry Requirements
Singapore/PR Students:
• Aged 16 years and above AND
• Possess at least 3 GCE 'N' Level credits including English and Mathematics OR
• ES WSQ Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 4 and above
International Students:
• Aged 16 years and above AND
• High School Diploma equivalent to GCE ‘N’ Levels with minimum grade C6 for 3 subjects, including English and Mathematics AND
• IELTS score 4.5 or TOEFL score 32
ALL Students are required to have basic computing skills - i.e. able to turn on the laptop, use the mouse, drag and drop files, use online search engines for research; and be a competent user of Microsoft Office.
