3. Inadequate Wine Knowledge: Effectively offering wine recommendations and addressing customer inquiries is often a challenge.
This course is tailored for F&B professionals, including service crew, supervisors, executives, managers, host/hostesses, outlet managers, customer support staff, and retail staff. It equips them with the skills and knowledge needed to enhance customer experiences.
The curriculum includes four engaging learning units:
• Unit 1: Wine Services Essentials: Learners will identify wine classifications and decode wine labels.
• Unit 2: Sensory Analysis & Quality: Participants will master sensory techniques for evaluating wines.
• Unit 3: Art of Wine Presentation: Skills in presenting, opening, and decanting wines will be honed.
• Unit 4: Perfecting Food & Wine Pairing: Students will excel in matching food with wines to elevate dining experiences
Our course stands out in the market because it addresses these specific industry needs, focusing on practical skills essential for F&B professionals' success. While other WSQ courses exist, they may not comprehensively cover the precise challenges faced by F&B personnel, nor do they provide the same level of practical, job-ready training. "The Art of Vin" is tailored to bridge the performance gaps identified within the F&B industry, making it a unique and invaluable resource for industry professionals seeking to excel in their roles.
