About This Course
This course aims to familiarize participants with Business Analysis (BA) and its role in facilitating enterprise changes. Students will learn essential BA terms, concepts, competencies, techniques, and perspectives. They will develop skills in eliciting stakeholder requirements, specifying and modeling requirements, and verifying and validating them in user-friendly formats. Additionally, students will learn to analyze, assess, and define solution performance measures and present solution options while explaining their business impact and alignment with requirements.
