About This Course
This cadaveric workshop will allow participants to practice and enhance their skills in a safe and guided environment. This workshop offers an excellent opportunity for cardiothoracic surgery residents and trainees to expand their knowledge and skills in cardiothoracic surgery & other surgical specialties. Surgical dissection using fresh frozen cadavers allows teaching of human anatomy and intensive practical training in a wide variety of surgical techniques.
Through this course, we hope that participants can learn:
- Basic Anatomy principles
- Develop and improve knowledge and skills in dissection
- Bridge basic anatomical understanding with clinical applications in the field of cardiothoracic surgery
- Build a strong foundation for safe surgical practice.
