3. Possess Operational Knowledge: Providing detailed instructions on how to operate and adjust oxygen concentrators, including understanding flow rates, reading gauges, and using controls.
4. Condcuct Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Teaching participants routine maintenance practices for keeping the device in optimal condition, and basic troubleshooting for common issues.
