Capstone Project for Sustainability Managers
About This Course
This module is conducted when the participants have completed the various training modules for the course “SCTP Job of Manager (JOMAN) for Sustainability Manager in Built Environment”. This capstone project module intends to enable participants to apply their learning for various modules of the course through practice on a case study. Takeaways in this module, include the practice of new skills and the application of new sustainability solutions in a simulated environment in the built environment sector.
What You'll Learn
• Develop recommendations on sustainable business model innovations and/or solutions.
• Develop action plan for the implementation of sustainability initiatives.
Entry Requirements
Open to all unemployed or employed Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents who are looking for training opportunities to transit to a new sector or job role. Applicants must be committed to completing training and passing assessments.
Applicants should:
- Possess a positive attitude and apply the new skill they have gained back in their workplace
- Have at least 3 years of working experience in relevant roles
- Have obtained a diploma and above academic qualification
- Be able to operate a computer or laptop to perform basic tasks
- Applicants who do not meet these recommended requirements may be considered on a case-by-case basis
