About This Course
The module aims to reinforce healthcare worker’s knowledge and skills in fostering a culture of continuous improvement in service delivery standards in their respective workplaces. This training will provide existing healthcare workers a learning platform to discuss the measures of addressing service performance gaps and also to work as a collaborative team to ensure staff compliance in providing service quality standards.
In addition, this training provides opportunities to use previous/current work experiences and relate them to current situation to make educated decisions. This adaptability makes learner a better team player and able to participate in any continuous improvement projects on quality care and service excellence in their workplace more effectively and efficiently.
