Upon completion of the course, learners will build up the foundation identifying various of stress and practice appropriate, root causes of the stress and signs of burnout and learn how to formulate and strategist well-being plan for team or organisation

Upon completion of the course, learners will build up the foundation identifying various of stress and practice appropriate, root causes of the stress and signs of burnout and learn how to formulate and strategist well-being plan for team or organisation well-being facilitation at their workplace. These include the following:
1. Learners are able to do personal reflection and perspectives-taking
2. Learners are able to remain objective and professional in emotionally challenging situations
3. Learners are able to model effective self-care practices
4. Learners are able to monitor staff for signs of burnout.
5. Learners are able to have principles to duty of self-care and duty to perform
6. Learners are able to practice self-care strategies, practices and techniques regarding boundaries and stress management
7. Learners are able to have coping strategies for handling long-term stress
8. Learners are able to have emotional and practical support systems, approaches and resources available within the organisation
9. Learners are able to advise colleagues on the balance between duty of self-care and duty to perform
10. Learners are able to advise staff in practising effective self-care
