What You'll Learn
This course will focus to equip learners with the essential skills necessary to effectively communicate with stakeholders regarding the projects they have undertaken. Building upon the knowledge acquired in earlier modules, where they explored how companies integrate AI and digital technologies to streamline processes and the fundamentals of project management for IT professionals, this module will provide learners with the necessary tools to articulate the value, progress, and outcomes of their projects to various stakeholders. Effective communication is paramount in the success of any IT project. Whether it is conveying technical complexities to non-technical stakeholders, updating project sponsors on milestones and deliverables, or addressing concerns from team members, mastering communication techniques is vital. Throughout this module, learners will delve into strategies for tailoring their message to different audiences, crafting clear and concise project updates, and leveraging various communication channels to ensure their message resonates effectively.
Entry Requirements
Minimum Age: 21
Academic Level: At least 3 GCE ‘O’ Level Passes including English Language with C6 pass or Higher Nitec or Equivalent
Language Proficiency:
Be able to listen, speak, read and write English at a proficiency level equivalent to WSQ Workplace Literacy (WPLN) Level 4.
