Excel is a powerful Data Analysis and Reporting tool. You could use Excel to gain new insights into the information and data that you work with in your job. The proper use of Excel features can greatly enhance the design of your report and help you to analyze your organization’s data more effectively.

What You'll Learn
• Improve the quality of data to be used for analysis through filtering, cleaning and preparation.
• Analyse data using the analytical and visualisation tools for reporting findings in Excel to support process improvement efforts.
Entry Requirements
The learner should possess:
- Ability to use the basic functions of Microsoft Excel well
- Ability to read, listen, speak and write in English at a level equivalent to Workplace Literacy Level 5
- At least 3 GCE 'N' Level Passes
- At least 1 year of working experience in any field that uses computers at work
*Learners who do not meet the education requirements but have at least 3 years of relevant work experience can be accepted on a case by case basis subject to approval by the Management Representative.
