ESG Sustainability Reporting in accordance with International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB) for Audit & Regulatory Compliance
About This Course
This course provides a comprehensive overview of the new global baseline for sustainability reporting established by the International Sustainability Standards Board (ISSB). Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the ISSB's general disclosure standard (IFRS S1) and climate-related disclosure standard (IFRS S2), which build upon existing frameworks like TCFD and SASB. The course covers the objectives, scope, and core content requirements of these standards, including disclosures on sustainability-related risks, opportunities, and impacts from both a financial materiality and impact materiality perspective. Learners will learn how to apply the ISSB standards to identify and report on material environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics, with a focus on climate-related disclosures.
