• Utilize Copilot in creating, editing and enhancing Microsoft PowerPoint.
This course will equip learners with the skills to leverage on the power of Microsoft Copilot, an AI assistant that streamlines your workflow in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Through a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises, learners will unlock CoPilot's capabilities to automate tasks, improve accuracy, and enhance your creativity across these essential Microsoft applications.
This course is suitable for learners at beginner and intermediate levels.

All industries, including Engineering services industry, are involved in shaping Singapore as a smart city and it is important that they leverage on AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot for their daily work to enhance productivity and drive business growth.

LO2: Apply prompts with Copilot to streamline document creation, design, and editing in Microsoft Word
• Create documents using natural language prompts
• Learning how to use Copilot to edit and enhance written content, including adjusting tone and style
• Transforming text into tables and summarizing long documents
• Utilizing Copilot to generate ideas and conduct research based on document context
• Exploring voice commands and keyboard to work with Copilot in Word
LO3: Use Copilot to formulate data, create charts, and analyze data in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding what Copilot can do in Excel
• How to access Copilot and prepare your Excel
• Use natural language prompts to perform tasks like adding formula columns, sorting and filtering data
• Using Copilot to analyze data and gain insights, create graphs, and pivot tables
• Further Analysis and Copilot’s Limitations
LO4: Utilize Copilot in creating, editing and enhancing Microsoft PowerPoint
• Understanding how Copilot can transform presentations
• Learning to use Copilot to create slides from prompts or documents
• Using Copilot and Designer to improve slide aesthetics and layouts
• Generating speaker notes and using Copilot to practice presentations
• Collaborating on presentations and sharing them with Copilot’s assistance
• Refining presentations and preparing them for delivery

Entry Requirements

Learners are expected to have a minimum of:
• lower secondary level education
• At least 1 year working experience
• Able to read, write, speak and listen to English at WSQ WPL level 5
• Able to manipulate numbers at WSQ WPN level 5
• Able to operate a computer
