About This Course

This course aims to equip learners seeking to enhance their analytics skills and optimise business processes with minimal programming to help businesses automate their business processes and speed up their decision making. Learners will learn to use design thinking methods to find bottlenecks through business process analyses and to suggest ways to optimise them through intelligent automation techniques. Only working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is needed. No prior programming knowledge is required.

What You'll Learn

This module aims to equip students with fundamental concepts of Data Visualisation for Business to develop interactive management dashboards for decision making. Learners will learn how to organise data, perform data preparation, develop interactive dashboards, design data story-telling reports and automate repetitive tasks.
