This one-day workshop is meant to provide both Undergraduate and Postgraduate faculty with additional skills to facilitate an effective debriefing session Participants will be exposed to different debriefing techniques and strategies and work in groups to discuss and role-play various debriefing situations using both standardized patients and high-fidelity simulators They will also evaluate debriefing sessions, receive feedback on their debriefing techniques and reflect on areas where their debriefing can be made more effective
