About This Course

Participants will be able to gain knowledge and skills in the following areas :
- Understand what are best practices in workplace learning as implemented by selected Industry 4.0 organisations in Germany
- Understand how to foster a workplace learning culture that places learning at the centre of work
- Experience and observe mentoring and coaching at the workplace using the German model of workplace learning
- Experience and observe German Industry 4.0 companies practicing workplace learning, with opportunities to seek clarification and feedback on the operational aspects of how to implement these best practices
- Appreciate the importance of Workplace Learning and understand its impact and sustainability by reviewing competency focused German companies
- Able to incorporate fundamental WpL system, dovetailing existing practices within companies into a structured process
