• Apply principles of design, layout, and presentation to create a professional resume
• Create a personalized resume that effectively highlights skills, experience and achievements
• Describe different types of interviews (e.g., competency-based, behavioural and situational) and their formats (e.g., in-person, virtual, phone).
• Explain the importance of thorough research on the company and job role before an interview
