About This Course

This course aims to prepare participants for a career in contact centres and broaden their knowledge about the contact centre industry. Participants will be able to gain a wholistic view of the industry by understanding career progressions and technologies of the contact centre. Participants will also learn techniques on managing customers, KPIs and stress levels to aid them in their role.
