About This Course
In this course, you'll learn to navigate the sustainability landscape for SMEs by understanding the triple bottom line and key drivers such as international commitments (SDGs, Paris Agreement) and local regulations (Singapore). You'll acquire skills in analyzing and implementing successful sustainability initiatives, including effective stakeholder collaboration and using analysis techniques for assessing financial and non-financial impacts. You'll gain insights into transitioning to a sustainable business model, focusing on sustainable supply chain management, eco-efficient production, circular economy practices, and leveraging technology. Additionally, you'll master the processes for measuring and reporting sustainability performance using standards like GRI, ISSB, and TCFD, and develop communication skills to effectively articulate and manage your enterprise's sustainability performance.

Participants are required to have the ability to converse, read and write in English. Minimum Lower Secondary Education or WPLN Level 4.
