About This Course
This workshop is designed to empower participants with enhanced strategic decision-making capabilities through the principles of Design Thinking. Participants will learn the tools and methodologies to drive innovation, foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders, and effectively manage risks associated with new ideas.
By embracing Agile practices and a Growth mindset, participants will understand how to adapt swiftly to changing circumstances and continuously improve their decision-making processes.
