Emerging Sustainable Technologies
About This Course
The "Emerging Sustainable Technologies" module introduces students to the latest innovations in sustainable technologies, focusing on energy systems. It seeks to help students evaluate new technologies using 3 lenses:
(1) basic technical and economic feasibility from a first principles basis;
(2) how policy makers evaluate energy technologies; and
(3) how companies evaluate them.
Taught by an energy transition practitioner with over 15 years of policy-making experience, the module will provide students with the tools to immediately evaluate suitable technologies for adoption within their organisations.
